This is Lis Simon real bride Brandi and she wore our very first Jordan gown with nude tulle on the top!

Joe and Brandi first met in high school and started dating freshman year in college. He was quite persistent and finally after asking her on a date for the third time, she said yes!

E N G A G E M E N T 

In June of 2016, Brandi's parents were hosting Joe's parents for dinner at their lake house, which was where Joe had asked her to be his girlfriend many years before. Although she knew the proposal was coming, she was so surprised as he asked her to go out on the jet ski, but instead got on one knee and asked her to marry him!!

W E D D I N G

Fast forward a year and a bit to September 16, 2017, the date of their wedding. Brandi and Joe got married in Minneapolis, MN. Their ceremony was held at the Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church and the reception was at the Minneapolis Event Center. They had a full band and harp instrumental at the ceremony. Brandi gave Joe his grandpa's watch and a note from him, and she had pieces of her grandma's wedding dress around her bouquet. For decor, Brandi wanted neutral, with pops of burgundy for fall!

What was your favourite part of your wedding?
Actually getting married and having everyone you love in the same place.

Do you have any wedding tips and tricks for future brides?
Enjoy it! I actually loved wedding planning... It's really important to be aware of your own feelings and know what will cause stress. This really helped me from becoming a bridezilla and I always told myself everything would be perfect no matter what! Try not to stress and enjoy the day, it goes so fast!
